Best thing I ate this week - Dessert @ Saint Crispin


This week’s stand out dish was the new Rhubarb (marinated and soaked in Szechuan spice), with custard, cumquat, ginger crumble, and rhubarb granita.


Seriously good. You can’t help but smile while you eat this. If you’re in Melbourne, this’ll be around for the next couple of weeks at Saint Crispin. Highly recommended.
