The premier beach front dining experience, Stoke House has been a go-to fine dining destination in Melbourne since its inception. With floor to ceiling windows wrapping around the length of the dining room, guests experience a total viewing experience of the ocean.
Executive Chef Jason Staudt produces Australian modern dining with an understandably seafood focussed menu, such as blue fin tuna crudo, a full caviar service, and classics like beef tartare with winter greens.
Commissioned to photograph the restaurant and select dishes over two sessions, the brief required a focus on Stokehouse’s sustainable build, and a communication of the clean, inventive dishes on offer.
