I was sent to Tokyo to photograph 15 restaurants, coffee roasters, late night dumpling houses, and arguably, the best pizza outside Naples.
Shot as a travel guide, the article highlighted the best kept culinary secrets of Tokyo. The brief was no high production, no posing, capture what a traveller would see.
